Back again! Another month gone and we are now into September. My main focus at Dietreviewzone this month has been My Proactol Diary. This is my own personal weight loss journey whilst taking the weight loss supplement Proactol. Now into the second week of taking Proactol and losing weight during the first week I am quietly confident of its success.

Also recently new to Dietreviewzone is our forum. The forum is there for anyone wishing to discuss and chat about any weight loss,health and exercise issues they may have. You are able to join our forum here. Weight gain during the summer, obesity in children and stretch marks to name just a few of the issues that will be talked about this month in our forum.

For the month of September there will be more from My Proactol Diary and our forum. Along with a thorough look at stretch marks and the causes and more importantly how we can reduce and prevent stretch marks. With more updates on how to get back in shape after the summer whether you are looking at which exercise best suites you or are thinking of taking a weight loss supplement or diet pill. I am sure there is plenty for you to get your teeth into!

It always amazes me when I look back over each month, just how much has been written on the site and updated. July has been a particularly busy month and very exciting. We have the usual reviews and updates on dieting,weight loss,skin care, health and exercise. Now we have 2 very exciting new features.

Number 1: Our NEW Forum which will in time cover all the subjects that are on Dietreviewzone. At the moment we have started off with Weight loss supplement and Skin Care topics. Number 2: My Proactol Weight loss Diary. As one of the top weight loss supplements and one that we have all ready featured on Dietreviewzone. I wanted to find out first hand just how good Proactol is. My Proactol Weight loss Diary is my story from the very beginning of taking Proactol.

We are always looking for new products to review at Dietreviewzone. The month of July is no different and we have new reviews on Slendertone which is the ideal way to exercise if you don't have time or simply cannot be bothered to exercise full stop.
