In my last blog I briefly mentioned My Proactol Diary. This is my own personal weight loss journey whilst taking the weight loss supplement Proactol.
At Dietreviewzone we have reviewed some of the weight loss supplements available including Proactol. It has been many years since I have used a weight loss supplement and felt it was time to see what they are like today and to see whether they actually worked, then over the summer I have put on extra pounds that I really could do with getting rid of so this gave me the kick up the backside and my weight loss journey began.
I openly admit that I cannot do it myself and need a little help and therefore I chose a weight loss supplement. After looking into the different types of weight loss supplements, the carb blocker, fat reducer and the appetite suppressant I went for the fat reducing weight loss pill Proactol. Mainly because any diets I have followed before the low fat diets have shown greater success. I have found that the carb diets such as Atkins don't really suit me .
So My Proactol Diary started and I am now a week in. First week I lost 2 pounds, which may not sound a lot but it really is a minor miracle. As the last week has not been a very healthy or alcohol free week at all. Not the best week to start taking Proactol in reality. Although I felt that it was necessary to see how good Proactol was in the 'worse eating and drinking' kind of weeks.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that as the next week will be a lot more healthier and that my weight loss continues, my only downfall could be this weekend. As this is normally my time to relax and enjoy a few drinks! There are different types of weight loss supplement. The fat intake reducing pill, appetite suppressant and the carb blocker.
The Fat Intake Reducing Supplement. These are weight loss supplements such as Proactol and Hydroxycut. These pills will help you lose weight by simply reducing your dietary fat intake.
